Join the Abode network
Abode owners sometimes need a loan officer, a real estate attorney, a title company, a notary or an inspector. Abode keeps a directory of independent professionals that owners can contact directly. You can apply to be listed.
What to know before you apply
- It is free to join. Nothing is charged to apply or to be listed.
- Abode does not endorse, recommend, rank or vouch for anyone. The directory is a list of independent professionals, shown in a neutral order. Being listed does not make you an agent, employee or partner of Abode.
- No referral fees. Abode does not pay or accept referral fees, and does not charge per lead or per referral. Owners contact you directly and you agree your own fees with them.
- Every application is read by a person. We check your license with the public registry before anyone is listed. A free “License verified” badge is added only after we have done that check. It shows only that we checked the registry on a date. It is not a recommendation.
- A paid “Featured” option may be offered later as a flat-fee advertisement, clearly labelled as advertising. It would never depend on leads or referrals, and Abode may choose not to offer it for some kinds of professionals.
- What owners will see. If you are approved, your name, company, city, states served, services, description, website, and the business email and phone number you give us will be shown in the directory. Please give business contact details only.
- Applying does not guarantee a listing. Abode may decline or remove a listing at its discretion. We do not promise you any leads, volume or income.
